Concertina Sketch Book Day

Service Description

A fantastic day developing sketchbook techniques through the use of a concertina sketchbook - you will have a range of different stimulus, lots of lovely materials and plenty of individual tuition and support t help you develop an exciting, personal sketchbook. All levels of experience are welcome. Small group size to ensure quality tuition. You do not need to bring anything with you as all materials will be provided at the session. This workshop will include refreshments, please bring a packed lunch. About Liz Harvey: Liz is an artist and a highly experienced art teacher who will guide you throughout the day to develop your artwork. Liz has a BA(hons) in Fine Art and History of Art as well as over 25 years of teaching experience. Drawn to natural forms and landscape lines, her own work is a balance between observation and abstraction. Her work is inspired by the visual qualities of the natural world alongside the formal qualities of paint and surface. Responding to the environment and surroundings, the artworks explore light and form, layers, surface and balance.
